ECHOES OF THE SEASON - VARIETY ENTERTAINMENT OF NAVAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
On 31st December 2025,the Naval Institute of Technology resonated with festive spirit as its trainees presented "Echoes of the Season" a vibrant Christmas variety entertainment program. Far more than a simple carol service, the event was a rich tapestry of musical performances, captivating dramas and dynamic dances, all unified under the celebratory theme.
The occasion was graced by the presence of the Director of Studies, Capt (L) SSH Bandara, who presided as the Chairperson of the event. Officers, their families and the entire NIT crew gathered as an enthusiastic audience, witnessing the remarkable talents on display.
Trainees from all three intakes participated with exceptional energy and unity, ensuring every segment of the show was brought to life with passion and precision. The collective effort transformed the evening into a heartfelt celebration of community and the holiday spirit.
In his closing address, Capt (L) SSH Bandara underscored the significance of the event. He commended the trainees for their outstanding performances and impeccable organization, declaring the evening not only glorious and successful but also a powerful demonstration of camaraderie, creativity, and the cohesive spirit that defines the Naval Institute of Technology. He emphasized that such events are vital in building the character and unity essential to both military and personal development.
